Was IPMA/GPM Level D - Lehrgang
Ziele des Seminars This classroom teaching provides you with all the necessary project management knowledge based on the IPMA standard; the course ends with the level D certification.
Zielgruppe Junior managers and qualified employees from different occupational groups who are already involved in project management processes (to a certain degree).

  1. The knowledge areas of the IPMA Competence Baseline 3.0, for example:

    • Project planning and project life cycle
    • Project goals and strategies
